How much does therapy cost?

My rate for therapy is $140 per 50 minute session. Payment is due at the time of service in the form of cash, check or charge.

Do you take insurance?

No. Insurance is likely to reimburse you for your treatment with Baby Steps Maine, but I do not directly bill them for my services. In order to see if your insurance will reimburse you (or put your cost towards your deductible) from an out-of-network provider, you can ask your insurance company and then provide them with a “super bill” (a receipt for services). I can provide this monthly statement for you at your request.

Do you offer in-person appointments?

Right now, services are conveniently located online only. Baby Steps Maine is based out of Cumberland, Maine. My varied licenses, however, allow me to practice therapy across Maine and Colorado.
